Eating at Grand Floridian Cafe- time?

We would like to make reservations at Grand Floridian Cafe for October and, with working around other bookings, wondering how long we should expect a lunch or dinner to take all together (and with walking the path from Magic Kingdom)?

We would like to make reservations at Grand Floridian Cafe for October and, with working around other bookings, wondering how long we should expect a lunch or dinner to take all together (and with walking the path from Magic Kingdom)?

I've never had dinner there but have had breakfast and brunch a few times and no meal ever took an unusually long time, I'd say we are average pace eaters and it maybe takes an hour max from time we check in, sit down, eat and pay. I know there can be longer waits, slower service and unusual stuff that can occur. The walking path is a little less than a mile from MK to the GFC so allow yourself 15 min or so for the walk if you're average pace walkers.
