Eating at DLP with a very fussy 7 year old...tips please

We've booked to stay at Sequoia Lodge in Jan next year.
We were going to stay at Adagio and self cater however the price to stay on site was much cheaper and included our tickets too.

But...we have a very fussy 7 year old boy and now my thoughts are turning to what on earth can we feed him with for 5 days with no cooking facilities or fridge.

Any tips?

We are flying so space is limited as to what snacks I can take with me.

What will he eat? Hard for us to help without an idea of where we can suggest etc.
