Eating After Fantasmic

If I were to make an 9:00 ADR for Yachtsman Steakhouse on a night when Fantasmic is at 8:00, would that give me enough time to see the show and then get to the Yacht Club? Or should I make a later ADR?

You won't have enough time. Though the show runs a little under 30 minutes getting out of the Fantasmic theatre can take just as long. Then you'll have to leave the park and get to the YC. Our last visit we stayed at YC, left DHS after Fantasmic, took the boat from the studios to the YC (a good 30 minute wait on the dock) and I don't think we got back to our room until about 10:30 ish. Good luck!

That's cutting it a bit fine I think... the show is about a half-hour, then there's a fair walk through big crowds to get out of the studios, followed by the wait for the bus/boat or walk - 9:15 or 9:30 would probably be a better plan

I agree that 9 would be cutting it too close. When you get out of the Studios, if laughing: )the line for the boat is too long, take the walkway. It'll be about a 25-30minute walk at a relaxed pace. You walk straight out, past the busses and the walkway will be on your left. It takes you past the BWV, when you get to the boardwalk/Jellyrolls, take the bridge to your left towards the S&D. Follow around to your right and you'll be at the YC.

The line for the boat can easily be 30minutes after Fantasmic lets out and then it'll be 20-25minutes on the boat to the YC.
