Eaten by the virus monster!

Phew! What a crazy few weeks this has been! My computer had been hit with a virus (Backdoor virus), and in an attempt to clear it from my computer (Norton's couldn't delete it), I had to completely reinstall Windows. I had upgraded Windows over the summer, but I never received the backup disks for the newer version of Windows (a computer repair company did the upgrade for me).

So, when everything reinstalled, I had Windows back, but an incompatible modem (I had to get a new modem after my phone lines were fried by lightning this summer). So, it was back to the computer repair place to see if they could fix my boo-boo. I got the computer back on Wednesday, but I had lost Verizon software during the reinstall. So, I finally was able to reinstall Verizon software, and now I'm back. I'm so glad to have my computer back!

A pain in the All Star Sports is an understatement, vald1977. It was such an inconvenience to have to use other computers that I wasn't familiar with. Plus, getting all of my bookmarks is more difficult than I thought!
