Eat to the Beat Questions...

We've never done any of the "food" specials at Epcot F & W in all the years that we've gone...we've just done the "tasting" at the different booths. I'm wondering about the "eat to the Beat" affair. What exactly does it consist of? I'd love to see Chubby Checker....what are the meals like? How does the reserved seating for the concert work? I've gone to some other ones.(concerts). but always stood on the regular line and had just snacked around before it. The meal for those nights are at the Coral Reef (I think) ...does it work out for the 35.00 per ticket?? Thanks...Barb in Texas

Hi Barb,

Ya gotta love Colleyville, we lived there. The kids still miss it.

The eat to the beat concerts are free for everyone with park admission. We saw Chubby Checker last year and he is outstanding.

The concerts are also attached to the Party for the senses events. $95 per person plus tax. This guarantees you a seat at the show. Then you go to the world showplace for a cocktail type party of food/wine tastings. After that you also have a reserved area for illuminations. Lots of fun and well worth the money, even without the concert.

I don't recall priority concert admittance being attached to the Coral Reef food and wine pairings, just the Party for the Senses. This is only on Saturdays and costs $95.

Boy...shows you that I had my wires crossed somewhere!! LOL We'll probably just do the "snacky" thing and then go to the concert. We really enjoyed it the other times...it'll be slow and easy fun!!
Webray....so happy to hear that you're from Colleyville. I love it..and Grapevine too. I was at Colleyville Elem first and then Taylor Elementary aw: for years...and with the GCISD district for a total of 23 very happy years!! Would I know your children??

the thing at the coral reef is 35.00 it consist of 3 items/3wine pairing-very
nice-no special seating for eat to the beat. Party of the Senses is awesome
10-15 chefs from around the united states and 15-20 winaries. 95.00pp
but so very very worth it. 3 hours of unlimited eating and drinking and
special seating for the concert, but really all the seats at the concert are
good.
