Eat to the Beat Concerts 2025

We booked one night DVC room just to see the Beach "boys". Tried for dining package right at 60 days & got NO availability. We may cancel trip. I sound like a brat, but I don't want drive down for one day to stand in line for the concert.
We refer to it as the Beach Boy (singular) since there is only one of the originals left. 🤣

I tried to get a dining package for either day (16th or 17th) early in the morning at 60 days but there was no availability. I'm local, so will try periodically in case there is a cancellation. I'm guessing the best option for the standby queue will be to get there while the second set is already in progress, and be in the queue for seats to the last set.

Totally understand not wanting to make a trip under those circumstances.

Yesterday went to see La Calle Band and if you haven’t seen them before, here’s a heads up. It’s more like a dance party than a concert. They fully involve the audience, come out into the audience. It’s fun, it’s vibrant. Overall a very good time.
La Calle frequently performs at Disney Springs (at least they have in the past) and it's the same thing. Full-on dance party, it's so fun and the energy is infectious! I love that they're getting the visibility of Eat to the Beat.

You may try signing up for one of those alert websites for when there are openings. I think *********** is one, but I know there are others.

How long do the mid-week concerts last? I'm trying to time my dining reservation to be after the 5:30pm concert.

Since I can't get a dining package, I am debating driving down and waiting on line for the Beach "boys". Is the earliest concert my best bet? Am I off base in thinking an hour prior to concert to get any seat? DH has suggested just planting in a spot by the American Pavillon.

Mid-week concerts have the same schedule as the weekend ones. First set at 5:30; second set at 6:45; last set at 8:00 pm and all sets are 30 minutes long. Keep in mind that the mid-week concerts are local bands only.

Unless you really want to be close, I'd go with your husband's recommendation. We have often heard much of the American Pavillion entertainment while walking around or in the area of the pavillion.

30 minutes. Though Starship went 5 minutes over to add We Built This City to the end.

I would think Beach Boys will be high in demand. You can always play it by ear and see how long the line is when you arrive there.

Without dining package, you’ll be sitting behind the dining package people.

As long as you don’t have your heart set on seeing the concert, you can hear it from anywhere around the American Pavilion.

We saw a first show concerts recently, then went for food from Regal Eagle and ate it outside at a picnic table while enjoying the music from the second show.

I'm curious. I understood that The Beach Boys were the last concerts for Eat to the Beat (Nov 16-17), but when I opened up the page to look for dining packages, the calendar showed Nov 21 as a dining package date. On the main page for Eat to the Beat Dining Packages, it says, "Enjoy a delicious meal and guaranteed seats to an Eat to the Beat concert ..... August 28 to November 22, 2025."

Is there a surprise artist for those last two nights that hasn't been announced yet?

That’s odd. The Featival ends the 17th.
