I have some rough ideas. Not sure how it will pan out, but this is what I'm thinking for the week.
Thoughts:
* 3 cheese ravioli and cheese & garlic bread with a salad.
* Ham, cheese, & broccoli quiche with fruit and yogurt.
* Meatloaf and baked potatoes and green beans.
* Oven fried chicken, corn and pan fried apples
* Pizza. I haven't tried the pre-made crust w/yeast yet. I saw it at the grocery store for less than a dollar. I may pick that up this week.
Reality:
* Mon.- Ham steak, baked beans, corn. I forget what we had for dessert.
* Tue.- Shake and bake chicken, edamame, and rice. Whole wheat honey muffin for dessert.
* Wed.- Chili and cornbread. I may make an apple crisp. I added leftover rice and corn to the chili. I put it in a casserole dish and sprinkled shredded cheddar cheese over it. I'm calling it, "Spanish Chili".

I hope everyone likes it. **Update- they loved it! We had butterscotch pudding for dessert.
* Thurs.- Leftover chili, cornbread, chocolate pudding w/ cookie crumbles.
* Fri.- Pizza! Yea!
