My menu got all out of whack since I posted it. We've been snowed in two days out of the last week. The roads have been closed here since yesterday afternoon.

Yesterday I made stuffed cabbage

Today I'm making crockpot Italian chicken over whole wheat noodles with sauteed green beans, salad and chedder garlic biscuits.

Tomorrow I'm unsure about yet. DD has dance and I have a group workout but those are still up in the air with the weather. If they are a go, then we'll go our separate ways for dinner. If not then we'll have tacos.

Wednesday is tacos unless we have them Tuesday then we'll have meatloaf muffins and baked potatoes.

Thursday we're going to take my grandma to dinner as a thanks for watching DD over break.

Friday we're ordering pizza because we've all been craving it!

Ok, everyone is back to work and back to school at my house so time to start thinking about menu planning again.

Monday--red beans and rice (things got changed up for the weekend so didn't have it then), cole slaw, corn bread

Tuesday--sweet and sour meatballs with rice, frozen veggies??, salad

Wednesday--shephard's pie, salad, rolls

Thursday--french toast, sausage links, fruit

Friday--chicken and dumplings, salad, peas. biscuits

I am new love getting new ideas! Thanks everyone. Her is my plan. I do a lot of prepping meals and freezing them. Saves so much time during the week.

F- homemade Pizza veggie sicks
That is as far as I have gotten.

I have had a nasty stomach bug, this is day 5 and I hope the Final Day. I did a big grocery trip right before I got sick, so Im looking forward to getting back in the kitchen! My freezer is full!

Tonight....leftover pork loin, leftover rotisserie chicken, new maccaroni salad

Near future....
* hamburger soup
* ribs, beans, potatoes
* pulled pork
* grilled chicken salad/cobb salad/some salad
* mexican something....
* fish tacos ,once DS18 is back at college, hes a fish hater!
* some other soups...

Well my menu went out the window. I have been sick with a bad cold so not up to cooking. We have been eating leftovers and things from the freezer.

I did make chicken soup tonight.

I made crockpot chili yesterday for DH to have as lunches and our dinner of buffalo chicken wraps was a delicious success.

Wednesday is baking day around here so I made a pan of rice krispie treats, 4 loaves of bread and a pan of brownies. And I'm eating low carb today so I can't eat any of it! :lmao:

Tonight we are having meatballs and mashed potatoes (no mash for me) with gravy and a frozen veggie (not sure what we have in there but I think green beans or broccoli).

Feel better wishes to all those who find themselves under the weather!!

Feel better soon everyone.

Wed - chicken curry salad
Thurs - homemade turkey soup/ split pea soup for DD12
Fri - sausage & peppers from freezer
Sat & Sun - not sure yet but maybe mini pizzas one night

Tonight we had home made Mac and cheese
Tomorrow thinking hamburgers and onions straws and then will need game time food
Sunday spaghetti and sauce
Monday meatloaf

Friday is normally homemade pizza night. I had my veggies all ready to go, dough, sauce, but DOH no cheese. So it would have been easy to cave to take out, but instead I am making pork chops green beans and baked potatoes. :cheer2:

We will make pizza tomorrow after I buy some cheese.

Then chicken quarters on Sunday with rice and homemade rolls of some kind

Monday might be pancakes for dinner

Tuesday, spaghetti with planned leftover meatball sausage sauce

Wed. Not sure something meatless. ...,maybe Mac and cheese
