Easywdw vs undercover tourist crowd calendar

Ok, I planned our trip in May based on easywdw crowd calendar, but looking at the undercover tourist one, I'm debating my first two days. I had Sunday, May 4th at HS and Monday, the 5th at Epcot. With star wars weekends not starting yet, I thought I'd be OK, but undercover has it as red.
Any thoughts?

If it helps, Touring plans has DHS as a 2 for the 4th and Epcot as a 4 for the 5th. Keep in mind that May 5th IS Cinco De Mayo and that may impact the Mexico Pavilion.

This was part of my concern. Granted, DS5, who this trip is for, is a Star Wars fan, but I don't want Jedi training to be even more of a fight to get in.

This does help, thanks. I guess it's all relative, since we are going at a less crowded time overall.
