easyclicktravel- is it reliable?

We just booked a hotel through this site and now we are having second thoughts about it. They already have our money but we are supposed to wait for them to call us with our confirmation number. That was a 1st for us, made us uneasy. Every other site that we have ever used has always given immediate confirmation or just emailed it to us, we thoiught that was kinda weird. Has anyone used them before?

BUMP!!! It's been 2 days now and they have still not confirmed my reservation. ANYONE know ANYTHING about this sites reputation?

I have seen people around here talk about the site; don't know if that's good or not. I do remember a dsicussion about a particular site (either Eqasy Click or HotelMartUSA) where they only send in the requsts to the hotels on certain days, and it was like a week before that person got their confirmation.

Have you tried contacting their customer svc?

I agree CALL them they must have a number. E mail and write a letter too (keep a copy).

we have used them twice in the last year .....

once in las vegas and once in orlando

they provided us with reasonable accomodations at a fair price

they do send out confirmations via email.....

and do not hesitate to call the 800#

we had several conversations with one of the "agents" and she was most helpful with everything ( we had trouble booking on the net back then since they were changing their software )

she was able to push it through using the old system....

what i like about them is you see your costs UPFRONT total price is shown

we had no trouble with either reservation either one was at comfort inn suites in las vegas the other a sleep inn on 192
