Easy way from WL to GF for breakfast?

What is the best way from the Wilderness Lodge to the Grand Floridian 1900 Park Fare for breakfast? We will not have a car. Thanks

take the boat to the CR then ride the monrail to the GF.

just make your breakfast reservation for after 9am (if possible). don't remember if the boats start at 7 or 8 am.

If the boats aren't running at the time you need to go than hop a taxi. They are normally out front of the resort and if not have the valet call for a taxi.

The boat to CR starts running at 7am. The ride is less than 5 minutes.

2 other options.

Take the boat to MK, the monorail or boat to GF.

Several of the buses make a stop at GF before heading to a park. Go to bus stop, and take a bus. Of cource, check with the drivers first.

We took a cab from WL to GF for dinner and it was $5. Take the cab!

Cab is much easier. The other route I would do myself is boat to CR then walk down the dock, into CR and up to the monorail and take it to GF.

I don't have anythin to add but I definitely am on board w/ your mapping out the way to get from resort t resort before you go. Last time we went, we ended up being late to ALL of our resort dinner reservation because we didnt allow enough time. First from POR to CR and then from POR to BC. It's rough...ha.

Cab Its the only way we travel from resort to resort. Except from WL to CR, for that we took the boat.

We do alot of resort hopping for meals, and we found that (especially for b-fast) its sooooo worth the money to take a taxi.

According to the WL FAQ thread, the boat to Animal Kingdom Park makes a stop at GF on the way. Do they not anymore? I was planning on taking that bus to GF to see the gingerbread house...

The above is incorrect. There is NO boat from to the AK or any boat from the MK area (7 Seas Lagoon/Bay Lake) to the AK.

I believe roselark meant to say BUS, as she states BUS in her last sentence.

Anyone have an answer if the bus to AK stops at GF?

You can hop the GF bus at AK park and vice versa. Have a magical trip.

As we have done on previous trips, if your breakfast reservation is early and the transportation is not running at that time, you can check with guest relations in the hotel and see if they will provide you with a courtisy shuttle to the resort you are looking to go to. We have done this a few times and my MIL does it all the time from the All Star resorts ... we have NEVER been turned down

always ask the bus driver before you get on the bus, if you are trying to get somewhere not stated.

the stated place is the AK park not GF.

you can not count on the bus going to GF first. It might, or it might not. the parks bus scheduling is always open to change.

you can also go ask the bus drivers (there are couple of WDW bus drivers) they hang out on the transportation board.
