OK all you Euro Experts:thumbsup2

What is your experience, opinions, or observations with this Airline?

Other then there trickey baggage limitations!:3dglasses

I am thinking about using them for Paris to Barcelona & then back to London!:dance3:

I've always found them fine :thumbsup2 Great for the short journeys you want to do. If you've got a lot of luggage, then I think you can prepay for any excess online, which is cheaper than at the airport. :)

There are 6 of us I am not worried about number of bags I am worried about weight 44Lbs.

I am actually considering using them from London to Paris to Barcelona & back to London:headache: I am a glutten for punishment!:rotfl:

I think you should be okay. According to the Easyjet website -

"a free allowance of standard checked-in hold baggage to a maximum weight of 20kgs

A fee per kilo for excess weight over these allowances is charged prior to departure.

Each passenger is allowed a maximum hold baggage weight of 50 kilos including any sports equipment, subject to available space. The maximum weight for any single piece of baggage is 32 kilos."

As this isn't really a DLP topic as such (even though I tend to associate Easyjet with flying to Paris ;) ), I'm going to move this thread over to the UK Community board to see if others can offer their opinions on Easyjet, or possible alternatives for you. :)

My dealings with them have been very positive. I've flown with them a couple of times to Luton, once to Milan and just recently to London. No problems and would certainly use them again.

We have used them twice - to fly to Paris and Germany - and have been happy with the service. It's best to check in early as seats are not allocated, and you get to board the plane in the order you checked in. As far as I can remember the flights were on time (or near enough to it).

I use them all the time, mainly on business, you get what you pay for, no frills, which means you get the min allowence, unless you pay for excess, you have to pay for all tea, coffee, drinks, snacks etc, but I do have to say that I have only ever had a positive result with them.:thumbsup2

That's been my experience of easyjet :)

DH uses them weekly at the moment and I fly easyJet about once a month and we think they have the most cheerful and helpful cabin crews around :)

Thanx for all the help!

I will definitely use easyjet for the post DLP flight to Barcelona & the cruise on the Magic!

I am still working on trying to get a free flight europe for 6 using AMEX reward points, the options keep changing but I have to comit by the end of January!:rolleyes1
