I put a refridgerated pie crust on a cookie sheet, fold up the edges and put fruit on the crust. Today I used raspberries and peach slices and I don't even cover the crust with fruit so you don't need much. Sprinkle some sugar on top and bake until crust is light brown. I sprinkle some more sugar on top when it comes out of the oven. I made this for breakfast today.
