There were 13 ordered. There has been no indication that those won't be made, and no indication that those won't be aired.
Episodes 8 and 9 are on the schedule at this point (11/25 and 12/2). The remaining four episodes would be broadcast in January, if they were to be aired.
It has always been a bit weird where the most consistently practiced big break is in the television season -- i.e., the Christmas/New Years holidays, because television episodes are generally ordered 13 to start, and then later the "back 9" are ordered (for a total of 22), yet that break comes after the 9th episode. So it seems to me that networks should order the first 9, and then the "back 13".
Regardless, this year, it isn't as weird, because there is another big break in the season: the Winter Olympics. So there is a lot more incentive for networks to (for example) burn off these 4 remaining episodes, before the Olympics, so whatever they replace Eastwick with can start after the Olympics instead of being interrupted by it so early in the replacement's run.
HOWEVER, they really need that Wednesday 10PM slot for Lost, so I am not sure that we'll see those 4 remaining episodes in January.
