For the 7 night Eastern what would be the best days for a Palo dinner and the Palo Brunch we dont want to miss the formal and semi formal nights or the character breakfast ... thanks in advance

The brunch is only served on at sea days. The character breakfast is served on Thursday. So the brunch could only be done on Sunday and Monday. For dinner, Sunday is formal night, Thursday is semi formal, and Tuesday is Pirate night. So any other night would be good. I highly recommend Palo if you've never been there.
