Eric,
Our plans are set. We fly into Denver on Sat. at 10 AM. We then have 30 minutes to make it to the shuttle that will take us to Black Hawk. If we miss the 10:30 shuttle, we get to sit at the airport until 3 PM.
On Sunday morning, we are confirmed for the river rafting at 9. Then starts the convention (scheduled down to the minute every night until 11 PM on Tuesday).
Wednesday the 24th, we will catch the last shuttle to the airport (11 AM...putting us back in Denver around 12:30).
Our plane does not leave until 8:59 PM.

So our only hope would be some kind of randevu around the airport on Wed.

I haven't been at the office all week as I'm presently on vacation. On Monday I'll send all my meeting requests to a coworker in Denver, who will then set up everything for me. I guess he'll need at least a week to arrange everything. I plan on being at the office every day around 730am and to leave around 4pm, but it depends on my meeting schedule.
I'll get back to you as soon as I know more. Do you plan to do any shopping? I'm asking, because Park Meadows Mall in Lone Tree is situated on the way to the Airport. Your shuttle could drop you off there. We could then rendezvous there around 415p, have a bite in the Food Court or a restaurant and I'll take you to the Airport well in time for your flight.
Park Meadows is one of the nicest malls I have visited in 25 US-states so far.

Hey Tink ... Thanks again for posting everything for Vista Print and helping us all with the shirts!!! Man I just got a killer diller deal ... granted it took me a while going back and forth through retail me not but I got the 2 shirts for the cruise with the Genie logo, 1 long sleeved shirt for me and a short sleeved for my neice with an awsome stained glass princess picture, 2 small tote bags with a contemporary Cinderellas Coach picture, and 1 large tote bag, 1 mouse pad, and 1 writing pad with an amazing Thomas Kincaid picture of Disneylands 50th anniversary castle picture... oh I am sooooo excited to get these!!!! I just hope I don't get any flack from Vista Print for copyrights or something... I pulled all the pics off of public websites .. Thanks again Tink for the help and inspiration

Sorry to have taken so long to respond to this. Unfortunately, DH and I will not be available to meet you at Disney World in the days before the cruise.
We will have to wait to meet everyone onboard.

We love your song, perfect for six year olds! We have made up a dance to go with it and practice it every night.

I have just returned from Denver for a training session. It was absolutely beautiful, I know you will enjoy your time there. Unfortunately, everything was planned down to the minute and the only free time I had was to visit my nephew and family. Love them and worked on convincing them that they needed to take a Disney cruise with us as well.

We received all of our stuff from Vista, thanks Tink for all your help with them!! They did mess up some of the order, but I will say I had a better experience than you did. They replaced everything that was messed up and I got to keep the others. SO I ended up with 6 t-shirts and 6 autograph books!

Working on my FE crafts and they are not going as well as I had hoped. I keep working on it, but may have to change what we have planned.

On the upside, DD1 just got engaged. They won't marry for two more years, until they are both out of college, but they want to look at all wedding things. Trying to talk them into a Disney wedding.

Happy Sunday everyone! Only 97 days left. Counting down the minutes until we can do our prebooking!!!

My family and I just booked our first cruise!!! It will be myself,33, DH (34), DS (7), and DD (4). In addition, we are bringing grandma and grandpa. I am a total newbie at this, but I was told by those in the know that I needed to get on these threads to connect with people. And, we NEED to participate in the FE thing. I was reading through all the previous posts, but there are currently 50+ pages of posts for this sailing. Is anyone willing to take the time to summarize for me what I need to know to get caught up. And, specifically how do we join the group participating in the FE.

I was in the same boat as you a couple of weeks ago so I know how you feel haha. I am new at these DISboards but I can help you with this thread. Pixiehallow(hopefully shell see your message and respond to you) has made a yahoo group which has all the FE sign up and other things this group has been doing. I don't have the link to that but hopefully someone else does. Once you join the yahoo group all the information you need will be displayed nicely. We have been mostly talking about the FE group, matching tshirts(which pixiehallow has kindly made and helped us purchase them), and just getting to know everyone. The meet and greet is going to be before the muster station drill and the location is to be announced. (I don't know if I'm correct on that part since I didn't write it down :/) Thats basically all that you need to know so far! Sorry, I'm kinda all over the place! There's just so much info to put in just one message!!

Tatiana is correct. We do have a group page that is easier to get a feel for what is going on. I will send you an invite letter shortly.
Once you join, you will have a few posts to read, lots of pics to check out (both of which have a plethora of info about our cruise), address book, FE list, meets, and all kinds of good things to read and fill out in the data base section, and yes, shirts (if you are interested, let me know, and we can chat about that as well).

The next post will be the updated FE list with your name on it. Please take the time once on the group page to go to the 'FE list' and 'additional FE list info' under data base to fill in your families details.

according to my latest Information, you can remove Arl01 from the FE-list as she and her husband will not be cruising with us. That's a pity as he's a really great singer and would have made Karaoke-night a pleasure.

I studied the Personal Navigators a bit and found out -interesting for our friends from Oz, too- that we non-US citizens no longer have to appear in one of the clubs at 6am like we used to, but can simply walk off the ship and only have to show our passport and ESTA to the immigration officers.
