It's been several years since we've booked a DCL excursion ("port adventures", I know, whatever). I know that the website description of each excursion lists the approximate duration, but is there anyway to see the actual times that the excursion departs/returns? Does this information show up when you go to actually book the excursion (I'm still 2 months out from my window)? In deciding whether or not we want to do a DCL excursion, it would be helpful to know how much time before or after we'll have in a particular port. Thanks!

The specific times of the excursion aren't available until your window opens to book them. Possibly someone on your cruise meet thread's window is already open, and they could look them up for you.

In my (limited) experience, even the times they list once you are in your booking window are underestimates. We did several excursions and they ALL ran an hour or two long. Disney knows this as they won't let you book a second excursion on the same day unless there is more than 1.5 hours between the end of one and the start of the next.

I enjoyed having extra time on the excursions, as it made them feel less rushed, but if you have your heart set on having a lot of shopping time afterwards, be cautious. We usually got back about 1 hour before the all aboard time. Enough for some browsing, but not heavy duty shopping.
