Yes, they offer something, or atleast they give you directions to the nearest church upon your check-in. I recall getting a sheet which told us what services (denominations) were offered on property, and which were offered locally. I'm sure Catholc was on it, but Catholics are pretty strict about where they will allow services to be held. I'm not sure about the other hotels, but the Swan had an Easter basket option. I'm pretty certain the other hotels can deliver a basket for you. I think there is also Easter egg hunts. Again, the Swan had one, but I think there were other ones on Disney property that day as well, you just had to sign up.
This company
http://www.giftsofalifetime.com/shopping.html specializes in this sort of thing (baskets delivered to your room), and would certainly do it for you!
There is also a Disney florist who will deliver flowers to your room. We once saw them delivering a HUGE arrangement of roses to a room at the GF. I can only imagine what that cost, but they were gorgeous!
Last, yo could consider bringing something from home - or buying something while there and putting it out onEAster morning. They don't always do this, but if you buy a bunch of stuffed animals, mouskeeping might arrange the animals in a cute fashion for you while you are out for the day, or leave towel animals. Last year AKL had very cute Winnie the Pooh dreesed as a bunny stuffed animals (they also had an officail WDW tag).
