Easter Week, just wondering...

We have only been during off season and I know that the week before and after Easter are some of the busiest times. Everyone talks about the MK being packed but are MGM, Epcot and AK packed to?

All the other parks will also be crowded. Just be sure to stay away from Magic Kingdom on Easter Sunday. At MGM, try and watch the second showing of Fantasmic -- I believe it starts at 10:00 and the lines are not so bad. For the first showing, they line up two hours ahead of time.

At Epcot, we always have to grab a spot for Illuminations at least 1-1/2 hours ahead. Animal Kingdom is always crowded, but the crowds are lighter in late afternoon. Just plan ahead and you should be fine. We go every year at Easter, because of school break.

Thank you for the question and the info. I have to go adjust my touring plan now. ;)

Uh oh! The week AFTER Easter is just as busy too? We were hoping for low crowds that week. The hours are reflecting that. MK closes at 7:00 every night w/ no fireworks, MGM has only 1 showing of Fantasmic each night. Should I be concerned about very large crowds??

Starting on the Monday after Easter, April 21, MK closes at midnight every night until April 25. Last year in the middle of Easter week, the MK closed its gates for a few hours in the afternoon because of the crowds. The week is very busy! You will not see low crowds until April 26.
