Easter Week Alamo Renters: check your rates! Update: 4/22 DOWN AGAIN!!!

Just wanted to give you the heads up that I just priced my rental for 4/23 through 5/1 from Alamo and saved an additional $31 dollars and upgraded from mid-size to full-size. This was through an Insiders email I got today!

Now.........go save some $$$$$

**Update 4/22/11: My full size is now down to $137.04 for 4/23 pick up at MCO and drop off at TPA 5/1. I have not had a rental rate this low in over 5 years! To think that when I first made this reservation the rate was over $300 for a mid-size.

My Alamo April 30 to May 5 dropped from $143 to $75, that is the total WITH taxes. Used the $40 off weekly rate from the email/ the base was $99 week, plus taxes, less $40.

This is for a DL trip, from John Wayne airport, for a compact car.
