I am dividing this up so it wont be so long to read.
Thursday April 8 - We spent alot of time getting character autographs at the MK for DS 12. I asked him if he wanted to do this for this trip and he said yes, so my "baby" still hasnt outgrown the characters yet. We had a ps for lunch at crystal palace and we were chided by the cm since dh ran off with ds 12 to get another autograph. I profusely apologized. Our table was more in the middle of things this time. Another great meal here as usual. Good place to rest and recharge. After lunch we went to tommorrowland. The FP for Space mountain at 11:30 had a return of 5 pm and the buzz FP for the same time had a return of 7 pm. We went to timekeeper, carousel of progress, ok. I must admit I actually fell asleep for a few minutes during another of our favorite all time shows. We were singing it before we even went into the mk that day in our swan room. We went for a ride on the TTA. Perfect timing as the heavens opened up and dropped rain by the buckets, gallons etc. WORSE - A VERY BAD girl guest actually got out of her TTA car. We had to have the ride stopped in the dark where we were twice. The 2nd time a CM came walking the tracks with a flash light. We all could hear the girl screaming help me, help me. etc. This was a little upsetting, but at least we were safely out of the storm for a while. Getting off the ride we saw a CM talking to the girls friend, but I still dont know what happened to that very bad girl. We all did Buzz. I think DH had the high score in our family. the DS did SM while dh and I rested. We all saw a little stage show of 2 dance/high school groups. They were cute. The ds went into the arcade by space mountain. Later ds 12 and 14 took a spin on the teacups and we met buzz by cosmic rays. We left the MK as our plan was to send the ds to dq at night and dh and I had a ps at akershus. Well our bus stopped at the yacht club, beach club, and boardwalk. There were still 25 of us on the bus. WHAT? HOW CAN THIS BE? The Swan is suppose to be the 1st stop. We notice the bus driver is not stopping. We asked him -WHERE ARE YOU GOING? He replies in a hard to understand voice - TO the MAGIC KINGDOM. We tell him, turn the bus around and let us off at our hotels. He says no. A man next to us looks very upset. DH tries to calm him down. Well the driver heads back to the MK. DS 12 is getting upset/aggravated. We go back to the MK and the bus driver changes shifts with another driver. The bus driver tells us we need to be in bus stop 5, not 6. We all say, no the busses are shared with all epcot resorts. The new bus driver takes us right to the swan. By this time there are at lest 50-75 people alone waiting at the swan for the MK bus. We stop at front desk and ask for disney phone number to complain. DH was good and talks to bus transportation manager Todd?. He tells DH he is having personel problems and a shortage of drivers. etc. etc. He says he will send a personal disney van to pick us up and take us wherever we want. We ask the ds if they want the ride to DQ. They refuse. The ride is only 1 way. It has been a long day. A very bad, long day. We also reported the bus number and told todd for sure it was the 1st driver, not the 2nd one. We end up scraping our plans as everyone is not in a good mood. DS 16 is happy because he took the bus ahead of us and was already back at the hotel before we got back. But he didnt have a room key and was waiting in the lobby for us. We ended up going to the boardwalk. We let the kids play the carnival games to calm down. Everyone won and was happy. DH and I saw the fire eating guy and then we ate at espn. DS 16 said, this place is amazing. We were eating dinner at like 11 pm. During the night ds 14 got really sick from his food. This was a day that I would call our "bizzare" disney day. Never had so many strange things happen to us in 1 disney day as this day.
Friday April 9- Dh stayed in the room with the recovering ds 14. DS 16 and DS 12 went with me to the Boardwalk where we met Tuffcookie who arranged the mini dis meet. Also saw party teacher and her daughter briefly. Tuffcookies son is the same age as ds 12. We were greeted with nice lime green ballons at the outside tables. It was great to finally met a fellow dis and a very nice person you are tuffcookie. We talked for a while and took a few pictures. DS 16 left to take some of the bakery treats to dh and ds. DS 12 wanted to take the boat back and finally sit in the back of the boat, outside. Boy is it very loud back there. We had a PS for lunch at the Rainforest at AK. DS 14 said he was feeling better. Lunch was good but too long. DS 14 got a whole coke dumped on him but got his meal comped so that was good. The ds wanted to play the carnival games at chester and hesters. They were obsessed as usual. Little ds did not win anything. The other 2 had about 5 animals between them. We saw the Jammin Jungle Parade. We had never seen it before. Very cute. Did ITTBAB. DH sat it out. He does not care for bugs. Then we saw FOTLK. I walked in on DS 16 arm. He says its ok as it helps him get strong arm muscles for his lifeguard lessons. I didnt even ask but a really GREAT CM there offered me handicapped seating. We were up very close. It was a great show as usual. The cm kept asking if I was o.k. Boy did I look that bad to him? I was just pretty tired and probably pathetic looking. Later we sent the boys to DQ. They had a great time as usual. and they saw Tuffcookie and her son at the bus stop on the way back. DH and I went to Epcot to see Illuminations and then we grabbed some food at tubbies. DISASTER STRIKES AGAIN. DH realizes he does not have his credit card. It is lost. I was not impressed with the food at all. Another great disney day. Thanks again tuffcookie for taking the time to arrange the meet. Now if I could only get to the NJ one. Its almost 3 hours from here. I think our cousins law school graduation is the day before there, so maybe....
Saturday April 10 - DH is on the phone with Disney Lost and Found. After like the 4th call he is still on hold and puts on the speakerphone. We all crack up laughing. Its the yodel music from home on the Range. DH feels this is the price he must pay for losing the credit card. The nice Cm states I have 100 credit cards here, but none of them are yours. Sigh, sigh. We call cc co. to get a new one. They will fed ex it to the hotel. Boy am I sure glad I have my trusty debit card with me. Or we would be living on granola bars and gatorade for 2 days. We go to Blizzard Beach and have a great day. I spent most of the time in the Cross Country Creek. DH went with the ds on the family raft ride. Physically I just cant do those things. The ds dont like the wave pool at bb. DS 16 did summit plummit this time. At night we have a ps at chef mickey. We admire the huge chocolate easter eggs displayed by the concourse steakhouse. Our server is not great. I think its been a long day for him. We saw a family walk up after us with no ps for a family of 4 and got right in with a 10 min. way. The food and characters were great as usual. Loved the beef barley soup and prime rib. The ds want to play in the contemporary arcade. DH and I monorail to the Poly to watch wishes from the beach. Our goal is to see the whole show this time, which we missed some during splash mountain. Well in the elevator just as its about to close like 3 families decide to squeeze in. No this is not a vw bug, its an elevator. Due to them, we miss more of wishes again. But what we saw was beautiful. Such brilliant colors. A busy but fun disney day.

when I read about your bus driver...unbelievable. Once had a simular thing haden to us but we just went to CSR when the driver should have gone to the Boardwalk...not all the way back to the MK.
