Easter Sunday Questions!

We will be in WDW on Easter for the first time this year! SO EXCITED. I looked at the posted calendars and it says no daytime parade! Is this true? I see so many pictures of the Easter parade.
Also, will the Epcot Easter Egg Hunt still be going on on Easter day?

No Easter parade is correct. Once upon a time Disney had a true and televised Easter parade but that ended over a decade ago. Since then, Disney incorporated Easter elements into their afternoon Easter Sunday parade but on January 4th the curtain closed on the then current afternoon parade, Celebrate A Dream Come True. A new parade, Festival of Fantasy, will debut sometime this spring.

As for the Easter egg hunt, I'm not sure. I was under the impression that last year's hunt was part of Limited Time Magic.

They had the Easter bunny on Main Street when we were there over Easter a couple of years ago. No parade, and no egg hunt

If you haven't already, check the resorts events for Easter Sunday. They may have some fun stuff

We will be there Easter Sunday as well! I'm hoping the new paarde will be on by then and maybe they will have some special characters out on that day? It would be nice to see Thumper or Rabbit!

We've been in WDW for Easter Sunday many times. Activities don't vary much from year to year so if you look at past events you can get a good idea of what to expect. Some resorts do candy scrambles int he morning (similar to an egg hunt) and we always see Mr & Mrs Bunny in MK - usually near Town Hall. And I think a least once i recall that they led the afternoon parade as well.
