If there's an actual recipe, somebody needs to clue me in. All we do is peel, mash, add mayo and salt to taste. Some folks add relish but DD(and I) don't like "sweet" in our salads. Does anybody do anything different when making egg salad?

We will also have deviled eggs on Easter with the eggs DSIL and family colored with Grandma, they won't eat theirs, they save 'em and devil 'em.

I know somebody said 1 week but I'd say closer to 2 or 3 weeks. They last a long time (keep them in the fridge of course!).

We don't hide real eggs so ours are never out of the fridge except when they're being eaten. We hide plastic ones with stuff inside.
