Easter Dining

Has anyone started to think about where they will eat for Easter or during the Easter holidays? I'm looking for some suggestions, since I believe I have to make PS right after New Years.

Easter 2003 we made a very last minute trip and made CA Grill ps's Easter morning from the lobby of the Contemporary for that night. it was an excellent choice as was walk in breakfast after church at Concorse Steakhouse. I would recommend either on easter.
