What restaurants in WDW do special menus for Easter?

I had posted a similar question last year, around December and got some harsh responses - to the effect that the information isn't released until March so why would I be asking so early - ugh. We are going April 2017 as well, and we will be going to Brunch at Captain's Grille at Yacht Club (Epcot day for us to stay away from MK so we will just walk over). I based it on previous year's Easter menus that are posted; in order to get the ADR's that's the most information you can get at this point. You can google "Disney Easter 2016" to get some ideas.

You can ask early... but there won't be answers. Disney really won't say anything until March.

They haven't even released menus for Thanksgiving yet!

I don't think special menus will be out for a while. We are also going to be there during Easter 2017 and have decided to splurge on Brunch at Narcoosse's. To us, the menu loooks great and it's not a buffet = relaxing

I agree. You can ask but don't expect any answers. As @_auroraborealus_ stated Thanksgiving and Christmas information has not been announced yet. It is way too early for Easter 2017.
