Easter? Different menus? Suggestions?

I am still playing in my mind with going over spring break--which for us starts Good Friday and goes through the following week.
Are there any places that are awesome for Easter? Parks (and their restaurants) to avoid? Special menus? My kids and DH like ham but I would need somewhere with another option.

Last year we ate breakfast at cinderallas royal table. It was nice, but tough to get.
We had dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern. It was a traditional dinner Turkey, Ham, Roast beef and all the trimmings. Great character interaction and food.
I recommend going there if you'll be at MK for the day.
I have to say, I expected huge crowds at MK for Easter Sunday. But it wasn't bad at all.

I am curious too. We already have plane tickets to be there March 19-26 and was wondering what to do on Easter. We have alredy ruled out MK or EPCOT. We were thinking church, brunch (character??) then waterpark/DTD/swim at resort/pirate cruise type of day. Any suggestions? I've also heard that some of the resorts have special things. Anyone?

We went to Epcot on Easter this year and ate at the Princess Dining in Akershus in Norway. They had their normal menu, not a special Easter menu but there are places that do that (normal American Easter fare - ham, turkey, etc.). Personally we like to try different things so the Easter meals didn't really appeal to us. The park wasn't overly crowded that day, though it was a bit cool this year, and they had Easter egg hunts in two locations - a lot of the resorts also do this.

We ate at 1900 Park Fare for Easter 2006. We had dinner there with a group of 11 and everyone was happy. I don't believe they did anything different for Easter and it is a character meal (or at least was then) if that is any interest to you.
