Easter dates w/ no CM discount

we r from new england and our school vacation is always the third week of april. This year that will begin good friday and go through Easter Sunday and the week after Easter... AAAHhhhhhh!!!
This past yr we got a great cast member discount from a friend who also goes with his kids during that week. Anyone know where I can find info on blackout dates for CM's - thinking we may stay off property based on what I see for rates for this past yr's easter week and I think there CM discounnts didnt apply

Or CM friend is NOT a big disney fan (works at espn) so he will not be checking into this until probably Jan of 2014 - too late for me the budget minded traveler especially since flights at that point will be $$$$$

I'm relatively certain that as a non-Cast Member, there's no official information available to you regarding Cast Member perks, benefits, and restrictions. Unless some kindly CM comes along in this thread, or you approach your friend however casually, it seems you should start planning as if there's no discount.
