Hello guys. I'm feeling pretty good and on track for the past 2 days!!! Whoo hoo. I walked again yesterday after work, and tonight I'm going out country dancing with some old friends, and hope to get lots of dancing in. I used to dance 4 nights a week before I had my son and was so much thinner then. The bar we went to then closed right after my son was born, and I haven't been dancing since. I'm so excited. I don't get out much at all. Dinner occassionally with friends, but pretty much my getting out is with my boy to fun stuff like ChuckEcheese. I'm a little sad my cowboy boots don't fit any more. My feet stretched when I was pregnant, but I have set a goal, and will be buying new ones when I lose 11 more pounds. The weather this weekend is beautiful here, and I'm definitely going to commit to walking this coming week.

O2bacelt- Hang in there, and try not to give up. You deserve some time for you. Hope your visit with MIL goes well.
AEgrammy- I'm going for the Easter by easter, leaner by easter, whatever it is too!! We can do this!!!! Here's some dwindling dust

Molli- What is it with healthcare. I work in a hospital too, and you'd think we'd be healthier. We got a full sheet cake the other day, and three days in a row management has sent trays of huge cookies because the census has been so high. Each cookie was 360-390 calories with 17-19 grams of fat. I did pretty good to only eat one all week. Plus we have a candy drawer at the nurse's station with varying amounts of junk. It's challenging, and some days I'm so in control and only eat what I brought, and other days, I can't stop going in to the drawer. Good for you for resisting all that junk. And 9 miles is fantastic!!!
I'll check in tomorrow with my plan for the week. (maybe I'll make 9 miles the whole week)
