I am sorry I don't have time to read all of the replies, but I just had to stop by and share my weigh in, I will check back over the weekend.

I am down 1.2 for the week and I am now .2 away from WW goal and 2.2 away from my goal!!! :cool1: :cool1: I am so exicted I want to do the happy dance!

So for the Easter Challenge I am now 3.8/6! I can hardly believe it, I may just make it to the goal!

Keep on keeping on one and all. I'll check back with you soon.

hey girls -- what a week - i can't beileve it's friday today! busy busy!! updated post #1 here and WOWSER -- we :rockband:

melanie -- :jumping1: i'm so excited for you to break through another barrier and back into the lower 140s!! hang tight this weekend -- it will feel soooo good to see an even lower number next week! thanks for your encouragment too, it does help to just know others struggled and got through it too, and so often i find we are mirroring each other  i hope to break that 145 wall myself very soon!

kathy -- oh man cadbury eggs are my FAV at easter time! mom buys them and i'm the only one i think that eat them! she downgraded to the mini eggs a few years ago but on Easter day they are mine.....ALL mine! LOL i gave up chocolate for Lent so the candy isn't tempting me.......yet. i passed by much candy at the store today and just thought i don't even want it in the house yet. so i say GREAT JOB on throwing the rest away!!!! i have noticed the sun earlier in the mornings as is......so i challenge you to not wait for daylight savings and exercise next week! :scared1:

jana -- :thumbsup2 glad you are back!! i'm sorry to hear you had a rough month, but thankfully that is behind you now! i'm impressed that you hung tight and kept your losses off and regained your momenetum to MAKE MARCH COUNT! :hyper:

kaysmom -- AF has been traveling around the easter challenge this week! i'm crossing my fingers that i'll whoosh away a little extra next week too! :upsidedow

maureen -- :worship: on passing up Starbucks sweets for healthy treats!! i am impressed. i love starbucks and there baked goods are fantastic. but, you are right, not good for an everyday treat. have you tried the pria bars? they are good and sweet and i'm a sweet tooth! i like the vanilla and the choc. mint. they are small though, but a better option than candy when you need that 'candy bar' thing. and you are over 1/2 way there!!! :rainbow:

chris -- i'm glad to see you back too! i had been thinking of you, should've shot you a PM but you must've felt the vibe. :cool2: a whole apartment facelift? you are brave!! GOOD LUCK and how great it will be to have a fresh new look in your home!! don't leave us for so long anymore though, ok! :flower3:

FOFINIA!!!!! FOFINIA!!!!!! yea! yea!!! yea!!!!!!!

disneyglobegirl -- you are doing fantastic!! we have 4 weeks left, there is still time to make changes in our bods! let's MAKE MARCH COUNT!

debbie -- you are soooo almost there--------------i'm feeling it for you!! crunch time in MARCH and you will be at :wishgoal for easter!!! we need to dig deep and really pull in ALL we have this month........this is it for the GUSTO girl!! bring it HOME!

well i'm hanging tight on the Curves calorie counting plan this week. yesterday i did go over some, but i allowed it as i had done my long walk yesterday as well. i'm really about keeping my sanity so when i wake up tomorrow i know i can plug into another day OP. and really this is big for me that DH returns from a conference tonight and i made it ALL week without snack binging at night, or crackin open a bottle of wine. that is what i 'treat' myself too when i'm home alone and kids are in bed for school, and that time to watch my shows and have a 'treat'. well that treat wasn't really in kindness to myself and i've got the tire around my middle to prove it.

my focus now is the weekend and next week will be another busy week; which should help me just get through each day one at a time. but for now, i may be here more this weekend just trying to hang in there!!

Okay, everyone...I have not put in my weigh in for this week (how did that happen!)

Sound like so many of you are doing so well!!! I'm proud of you!!!! Keep it up, let's all hit goal!!!

I'm down another 2.2 for a total of 9.6/15 for me! It should be more, but I've cheated several days so, not bad overall. I definitely feel better...and am going to keep trucking as best I can.

Keep it up all!!!

WOW - so many GREAT REPORTS

I was down 1 lb this week on WI day and then back up another day ......... Molli reported we were trying the Curves to "kickstart" this week......I have to say that I never got around to really refreshing myself with the particulars of the Curve plan, but I have been trying to watch and count calories etc. Sat was not wonderful - too much salt - but I am home today and have my measured H20 on the counter - so will know today that I will at least get that art "right" today :goodvibes

I DITTO all the responses of CONGRATS - Keep up the great work.........

and everyone - sorry that I didn't mention by name - as I read I am cheering you on and giving you the :thumbsup2 on such a GREAT JOB !!!

I am off for a bit of interval tming - working hard for JUST 30 minutes but working hard - that is what my DD says to try - mix it up a bit and so I am.

I still really want to be moving downward - so I am thinking positive and hope that my WI in this week is back down that pound AGAIN........

Tiggerlover - ooooooooooohhhhhhhhh so close - YOU will be there this week - AWESOME !!!

Cyber high five to all Hugs to all for a good rest of the weekend and OP next week, too!
Bev

Molli, a great big :thumbsup2 for resisting the urge to "treat" yourself while DH was out of town, that is a huge accomplishment!!! Keep taking care of you and your will see the results you are looking for.

tommygirl79, congrats on losing 2.2 this week, that is a great weekly loss.

sap1227, holding steady is a good accomplishment too because it isn't a gain and we should be congratulated for that as well as for losses. :cool1:

AlreadyexcitedGrammy, thinking positive is a big key and switching things up has always been a successful thing for me. Hoping you have a great week switching things up.

*NikkiBell*------3 pounds....WOO HOO HOO!!! Great work!

Onward and downward we go!
