easter brunch

We are going over Easter. We will be 2 adults (but one kid counted as an adult) and 3 kids. Are there any good easter buffets? Are they all character or are there some plain. Where would you eat on Easter. The only other Holiday we have been at WDW was Thanksgiving, and we had a rental home. so we cooked at home and skipped the parks. this year we will be at POR.
