Easter at resorts

I have heard there are fun Easter activities at the resorts. Are they just Easter Sunday or other days that week? What are some of the activities? All resorts, or just specific ones?

Any information would be amazing!

Trying to decide do we fly home the day before Easter, or maybe take a late fight home on Easter and enjoy some of the activities!
