Easter at FW

Just made all the connections with freeing up time off at work and now trying to luck out to find avaialbility for 2 sites at FW for RV's April 6 - 12 . Anyone have know of anyone planning to back out for this timeframe? If I had to settle camping offsite how is the Tropical Palms or KOA in Kissamee?

We have partial hookup site reservations for that weekend, and I've been trying for a few weeks to get it upgraded to a full hookup site (we have a pop-up). No luck so far, they seem to be fully booked. I'm going to keep checking, maybe as the time frame gets closer, there will be more cancellations from those who don't want to lose their deposit.

How have you been contacting them to check daily for availbility (ie what's the easiest way)?

We stayed at Tropical Palms in October for one night. ( We got in a day early and could not get into Ft Wilderness early). The campground was very nice and located a short drive from WDW.

I would say the easiest way is generally to call. The website is too quirky, and it seems to be less up to date than the reservation system the CMs will check for you.
