We just booked our BWV 1 BR for Easter Week. Just exactly how crowded is it at this time? We can't keep taking the kids out of school during the year and refuse to go during the summer months.

We are not Park Rangers, we have our favorites, but we go so often, a nice warm and relaxing vacation will be welcomed. Will the pools be ungodly packed, the restaraunts etc..

Thanks

Bob :woohoo:

We went Easter 05...and might be doing 07/08....It is busy, but if you take breaks and have ADR's you will be fine. Reserve asap. Pools packed...no, water parks depends, restaurants...yes...but have the ADR's :thumbsup2 .

I teach so I travel that week in April, but it is manageable. The best advice I have for you is to plan ahead. I planned each day this past year, knowing which days I would go to what parks, and I made my ADR's. I never felt rushed, I never felt overwhelmed by the number of people there. I also made use of the extra magic hours at night, which were a godsend. My husband and I would go to the parks in the morning, back to our resort, SSR, sit by the pool in the afternoon, shower, and head out for dinner and the rest of the evening. I honestly didn't even feel like I was visiting during one of the busiest seasons.

We went Easter week 2005 and like the other posters felt it was very manageable. We went into the parks early and rode our favorites and had ADRs for most days. Had a great time! See you there Easter07?

I will still stay away from Easter time.

My family was there 2006. We had a great time and by planning ahead avoided being impacted by the crowds. You will need advanced dining reservations. You might consider OKW if you want the feeling of a little peace and quite after leaving the park.
