I was lucky (had no computer issues) and got in line at 21. By my clock, she was either right on time or maybe 30 seconds late. Right now I'm number 3 in the queue.

I got in at 109 and 20 minutes later its at 83 now. Figure I got about what another 45 minute wait at least.

I really wonder something, why do they have you trade one of your pins? I mean, it's not like the staff are going to use the pins we give them, since they can make as many as they want.

Just a thought.

It works the same way that pin trading does in the parks. Trade a pin, get a pin.

Well, Jolly Roger is the most wanted. Surfing pin, Lion and Toucan follow closely behind. Giraffe and Zebra were fairly recently available. Churro was given out as a host pin, but given out during a couple of mass host quests. The other pirate pins were available last year during June.

It took me exactly 2 hours from the time of entering the host room queue to finishing the trade with Phinny. I had 109 people to wait behind.
