Easiest way to get to Paradise Pier?

We're leaving in 5 days (eek!) and were thinking of adding (if we can!) the new Mickey character meal to our trip- but none of us, after all of our trips to Disney, know how to best get to Paradise Pier. Any suggestions?

driving or walking? and where from?

We're staying at the Motel 6 Maingate, and we'd ideally be taking the shuttle to the park. I personally would rather not drive.

Ok, well, the quickest way would probably be to walk through DTD to the GCH entrance, and cut through the GCH lobby and out the front entrance, walk down the walkway to the sidewalk that leads you to Disney Way. Cross Disney Way at the crosswalk, and then the PP is right there!
