Easiest way to get from universal to Orlando international outlets?

We're just looking at ideas to break up the day for our trip in September and I was just wondering how easy it is to get to the Orlando international outlets without a car? Is it possible to walk there? I know it's not far away but as the I-4 is in the way I don't know if it's possible?

Not close enough to walk. IIRC 2 summers ago we paid $20 for one of the cars that wait there at our resort ( HR) for a ride there and cabed it back for about the same cost.

Use the Uber or Lyft app. Cheaper than taxis.
