which fastpasses do you find the easiest to get while at the theme park after using first 3

Magic Kingdom: Mickey's Philharmagic or Monster's Inc Laugh Floor.
Epcot: Pixar Film Festival.
Hollywood Studios: Muppet Vision, most of the shows
Animal Kingdom: Lion King, Tough to be a Bug, Nemo Musical

In case you haven't sensed the pattern, the easiest fastpasses are high-capacity shows. These also tend to be shows/rides that you could walk-on or do with a minimal wait almost all days of the year. I've never gotten a fastpass for any of these shows/rides because it'd be better utilized elsewhere.

what about more popular rides . I think when I went a few years ago Buzz light year had lots of times during the day

The only ones I wouldn't call easy are FOP, SDD, and SDMT, though those are all very doable too. Everything else is generally pretty easy for me to get. The HS rides have become significantly easier to get as 4th+ FPs since the change of the tiers.

FPs you don't really want or need. Pixar Shorts and Barnstormer FPs come get you.

Of the more popular rides, things that are of a sort of D or C ticket (instead of E). So things like Soarin, EE, PotC, JC, ToT. Check out the FP sticky for a pretty good prioritized list of the worth of FPs. That's also roughly the order of ease of getting them day of.

I went to all 4 parks in one day on Tuesday on a last minute trip so had no fast passes booked got everything the day off these are the fast passes I managed to get :
Toy story mania
Kilimanjaro safari
Everest
FOP
Space mountain
Speedway
Pirates
Thunder mountain
Soaring

more were available but those are the good ones with long wait times I managed to get in one day with abit of refreshing :)

Of the things that are sometimes using a FP for, I'd say at MK meet & greets with anyone but Mickey, Winnie the Pooh, Buzz, Small World, and Jungle Cruise all have a pretty good shot of turning up easily. HM and Pirates are probably next most likely, as well as Splash on a rainy day. Any ride at MK except 7DMT is pretty darn likely to turn up eventually if you are crazy enough on the refresh.

At Epcot, SSE, M:S and Living with the Land sometimes are worth using a FP on, even the Seas can be too, and those come up regularly. Everything but FEA should pop up eventually if you refresh for a bit (assuming TT hasn't broken down that day, which throws everything off). Frozen can be hard to get day of.

At DHS, everything but Slinky Dog will be available for some point that day when you get to the park.

At AK, Dinosaur and the raft ride are the easiest of things that are worth using a FP on.

Honest answer. Anything
Everything is possible. The question was what is easiest. Doing nothing but refreshing for 15 minutes multiple times a day or trying to perfectly time the day of drops is not easier than just looking in your app and picking something.

Definitely agree on most everything here. I've spent more time meeting princesses than I care to admit though and I would put the Fairytale Hall princesses closer to Splash on a rainy day. But Ariel and Tink are pretty easy, yes.
