Easier to book for 4 people vs. 3?

All of our ADRs will be for a party of 3. Is it easier to get a reservation for a party of 4? Thinking specifically for the hard-to-get ADRs like CRT and BOG.

Some people have said that the site doesn't like odd numbers but we're a party of 3 as well and I've never had an issue searching for just 3.

Sometimes it is but most of the time 3 people works fine. We were a party of 3 for our adrs last year and found that a few of our adrs, no times would show up for 3 but a time would pop up for 4 so we booked for 4 ppl. This happened with Via Napoli and Garden Grill. If you don't see anything for 3, check for 4 and if you can't find anything then keep checking for both. For CRT, I would not book 4 if you are only 3 since you have to pre-pay if you are not using the dining plan and if you are on the DDP, I am assuming it needs to recognize all 4 guests have the dining plan to hold with dining credits. You should be fine finding something for 3 there though.

We are a family of 3 and have never had an issue booking any ADR at 180 days, including CRT, 'Ohana or BOG.

Same here - we're a party of 3 and never had trouble making reservations. Except today as their system is undergoing 'enhancement' per the cast member.

I've done this a couple of times when we were a party of 3 and nothing was coming up for 3. I think it did it 2 different times for Sci-Fi and was able to get 4 booked. It can never hurt to try.

It's probably just another one of the glitches on Disney's site. No way to know if it's showing no availability because it doesn't like the odd number or because there really isn't any available tables. I just hate seeing in MDE account that I have an ADR for 4 and I have a blank guest but maybe that's just me being a little OCD or CDO

It likes 3 sometimes. I was trying to make an 'Ohana reservation for 2 but there weren't any available. When I tried 3 a time magically appeared - not a great time but this was the must eat choice of my friend.

'Ohana has tables for 3. We are a party of 3 and have been seated at a 3 top almost every time at 'Ohana. We've also been seated at a 3 top in Boma.

In most cases tables are even numbered tops, but occasionally there will be odd numbered tops. We search for 3 first, but if nothing comes up, then we'll search for a party of 4.
