Ease my mind about this please!!!

I joined the Hotwire Savings club on July 16th to purchase a 5-day hopper pass.

I placed the on friday, July 16th but my CC wasn't charged until July 20th. Now since I'm on a budget I just used their free shipping method(7-10 business days) I called because I wanted to make sure they have shipped out my order and they said that it has been shipped out, and that 7-10 business days from when my CC was charged will be on August 3rd(tuesday)

But I have read that, for some, it's only taken a week for the order to be received, but I guess according to them they still have until August 3rd to deliver my order.

The reason I'm getting nervous is because I leave for Disney in 12 days...what happens if the 3rd comes and my order has not been received??? What should be my action then??? Please help me

My last order from hotwire took the full 10 days to arrive. You will get your passes easily by the 12th as long as a mistake has not been made. Since you were charged on the 20- today is the 10th day. If you haven't gotten them start calling hotwire and get them to track the order. Good luck and have a great trip!

Technically(to hotwire) August 3rd will be the 10th business day so I guess I will have to wait until then

Start calling the 1st thing in the am if you don't see them by the 3rd- But relax you will probably get them before then.

Yes definitely call and make sure so you can rest abit easier.

I don't know if they do this until it's late but I would call HotWire and ask for the tracking number. If they will give it to you you can then go to www.dlh.com (I think that's the addy) click on track and see for yourself where it is this very minute. I always feel better when I can track my purchases online. Hope this helps! Last time I had to call DHL they were very helpful and supportive.
