Ears in Room Upon Arrival

Okay I am probably too late for this but I thought it would be great if we had ears with our names on them (or no names) when we got to our room. How is this done?
 
Are you staying in club level/concierge? If so, you can contact the planners to help with that.

To see the ears available, go to the "Browse Merchandise" then click on "hats"

Note though that she explains on her website about deliveries to the rooms, and that they may or may not be able to be in the room upon your arrival:
She states
I make all my deliveries to the front desk of the requested resort. Once I deliver to the front desk, it is up to the front desk to make delivery. If the room has been pre-assigned and if there is a runner available, the basket may be waiting in the room when the guest(s) arrive. If the room has not been pre-assigned (normally this is the case) or there are no runners available, the basket could be presented to the guest(s) at check in or delivered to the room after check in. I always ask the resort staff to leave a message for the guest that they have a delivery waiting. After checkin, the guest can call the front desk to request delivery or pick up the basket at the front desk.
