Ears for a t-shirt

Hello!

I am planning to make T-shirts to surprise my kids when we tell them at Christmas about their first trip to Disney. I am hoping that someone can make a design for me. I am interested in Mickey ears with the name "Kaitlyn". I would love the design with the polka-dotted bow or the ears with the leopard pattern.

(If you don't know what I'm talking about but are interested in helping me, please let me know and I will search the posts to find examples.)

I found my sons name in other posts, but I haven't found a Kaitlyn yet.
