Hoping someone can help me with pre park Tour at MK and how to get there.
Staying at CBR, Keys to the Kingdom tour at 8:30am with 9am park opening. 2 Adults, no children

Options:
Taxi to Grand Floridian Café for 7:15am breakfast - monorail to MK and will it get us there in time?
Bus directly to Magic Kingdom, if they don't start running until 8am? How is that possible.

What other options do I have?

Sigh :) Buses start running about 6:30 AM daily, every 30 minutes or so. An hour before the park opens, the frequency goes to about every 20 minutes.

7:15 resort breakfast may not be enough time to meet tour.

Okay, thanks! Quite honestly as many times as I've gone to WDW, I've never seen buses that early, but I know there must be for 8am breakfast slots.

Buses start running by 6:30am.....every day. When don't they start by 6:30? When a park opens at 7! Then they start well before 6:30!!

But....you need to be aware that these early buses run less frequently than the 'regular' buses. If you just miss a bus at 6:30, you may have to wait until close to 7 until the next one comes.

I wouldn't have breakfast at the GF. At 7:15, you would be lucky to be fine eating by 8. More like 8:15. Then walk to the monorail platform, wait for a car to arrive, rude to MK. This will all take at least 15 mins. Could be 20. Then bag check, enter the park and to the tour. You should arrive about 15 mins early....you need to check in, make lunch choices, use the rest rooms. I would hate to start the morning off being stressed.
I would grab a quick bite to eat at the resort. If you want to save time, take a cab to the CR. Then you can walk to the MK....under 10 mins! Plan on leaving your resort around 7:50 if taking a cab. If taking a bus, figure on getting to the MK bus stop by 7:15.
