early ps to non ee park?

I tried to make a ps at CP in MK for early breakfast. CM asked if we were to be using WDW transportation. When I told her yes, she said this could not be done. She explained that the buses would not be running from our resort, Pop, until 1/2 hr before park opens at 9am. I called back to make another PS and told this CM to look for a later time due to park not being open. This time, this CM said I was not given the correct information. This CM said to alert POP front desk and a bus would be made available early for TC. From TC we could get the monorail to Park with the early PS number.

Please help me, who is right? Don't want to encounter surprises when I arrive.

Tyler doesn't work at Pop anymore. He is back on the busses. He couldn't stay away from those purple pants

Thank you for linking me to Tyler's post. It seems the computer screens are still giving out wrong information. Tyler is a transportation Wizard and is well suited to the buses.

For a 9am breakfast at boma, on a non park day, should we have to take the buses to AK then another bus to AKL? Maybe I should change this to an earlier or later time due to 9 am is the opening time for AK?

The problem could be crowded busses during that time.

The first Animal Kingdom breakfast bus will show up at Wilderness Lodge between 7:00-7:15. That bus will service Donald's Breakfastosaurus, as well as breakfast at Boma at Animal Kingdom Lodge.

So, it looks like if you make it earlier, you wouldn't have to change busses.
