Hi, we all know Disney open a park 1 Hr early for resort guests at the moment, do you know if this will be the case at Easter 2004, as it changes the busiest park for that day.

They stick to the same early entry schedule.

They did do away with early entry for a while when the numbers dropped after Sept 11th and brought in the character caravan but EE came back after MUCH outcry and so hopefully it is back to stay.

EE timetable is as follows:
Magic Kingdom:
Sunday
Thursday

Disney's Animal Kingdom:
Monday
Friday

MGM Studios:
Tuesday
Saturday

Epcot:
Wednesday

I think that MK is usually the busiest park over the Easter weekend, regardless of the EE park for the day. There has historically been a special Easter parade on certain days in MK which draws the crowds.

When we visited WDW over Easter a few years ago, DD2 had free choice of activity on Easter Saturday because it was her birthday - she chose MK for the whole day! It was busy, and afterwards we heard they had closed the park by mid morning because it had reached full capacity  Having said that, the park stayed open until midnight, there were extra parades and fireworks and we still had a great time (and DD enjoyed her birthday! ;) ).

We'll be back there over Easter 2004 - see you there!
