We are planning to be at DLR the first 4 days in Oct. Touring plans indicates very low crowd levels. Is that accurate? Also what kind of weather can we expect?

October is usually warm, could range from 70 - 80 degrees on average. The crowds should be low that week, but will definitely pick up that first weekend due to Gay Days.

It can be warm, and possibly hot and windy.

There likely is a Halloween Party on your dates, the actual event schedule may be out in the coming few weeks. If there is this means crowds in the evening and an awesome event to attend.

Be aware that Gay Days are on the first weekend of October. Also be aware that if the Santa Anna winds kick up it can be really hot, into the low 90's.
