Early October Dining booking issues?

End of this week? That's what they said each week for last two weeks. X

I don't need reminding to be polite and to be nice to CMs. I'm sure you didn't mean to offend me, but you did.
I'm not trying to get in the middle of your thing nor trying to derail this topic, but honestly lighten up. The original comment to you was not offensive at all. This is why I have almost stopped reading blogs. People are just WAY too sensitive. On that note, good luck to everyone getting their ADR's!

lol
You can't see that you are exactly what you are complaining about? Funny. Bye Bye Disboards.

I was wondering what was offensive as well.

Soooo...back to our regularly scheduled programming. :stir:

I just checked the Disneyland website. STILL no park hours after 10/3. And STILL no reservation options for Minnie's breakfast or BB Fantasmic! dinner package! ARGH! :badpc:

Not freaking out (just yet) since we are not there until the 18th, but I am so used to WDW and booking 90 days out! Half the fun (for me at least) is planning and all I have left is dining. I do need the park schedule to book our dining so waiting for that as well. Tom Petty was right - the waiting IS the hardest part :(

FYI - WDW booking window for ADRs is 180 days.

I arrive the 18th also, but leave tonight for 3 1/2 weeks with no internet.....so we'll see if anything is left when I return.

I am able to get into RB for Fantasmic dinner package on 10/3, nothing at BB, and its just for 2.

What is the Minnie's breakfast you speak of? I don't see this listed at all on the DL reservation page.

Thank you for saying this. In general people are way too sensitive now days. They also forget there isn't a tone in messages.

Just so everyone knows, this isn't an issue of Disney not releasing the information just because they don't want to. October is the start of the new fiscal year, so there's a bunch of stuff going on with that. Everything should have been out mid-August, and they (the dining teams) know guests are frustrated that everything isn't out.

It's a character breakfast at the Plaza Inn. You have to select the Plaza Inn and a reservation window is available on the right hand side of the screen. There's a menu on All Ears at http://allears.net/dlr/dining/menu/plaza-inn/breakfast. We haven't been yet ourselves, but lots of folks here on DISboards have gone and reported that the food is good and oftentimes, you can see up to 7 characters at this meal!

I never knew about the Minnie and Friends breakfast...I've always just walked by the Plaza Inn without paying much attention to it. Looks like I'll be trying to make a reservation for October 11th when this is finally sorted out!

There are 5 standard character meals; if you go to the DL dining page, there is a place to filter by dining experience. If you select Character Dining, all 5 will be left. It will give the venue only, but if you click on the place, it will describe the character meal and when it is available. (Bkfst, lunch or dinner).

I've been told there is at least one other place where you can eat and meet characters, the Hungry Bear. Pooh and his friends have been known to hang out there, but I don't know if that is still true.

Still no additional days available in October. I thought maybe once they added the 3rd yesterday there might be more today.

Sigh.

I wonder what the devil is going on.
