Early November - historically Free Dining?

If we book CSR (ask for a Casita) for early November (2 - 10)
Could we possibly get free dining?
Historically could there be free dining after Halloween before Thanksgiving ?

These were the black out days last year. (blacked out 10/1-11/13, 11/21-11/24, 11/28-12/7)

If we use similar dates to last year - what about November 14 to November 22 ?
Then would get free dining for only part of our WDW vacation?
Since last year it ended on 11/21 ?
So no free dining 2 days of our WDW vacation ?

If your check in day falls within the available dates your entire stay qualifies for it. So you would get it November 14th to 22nd.

rumored FD November dates this year are:

• 11/24 to 11/27/18

We were at WDW in November 2016, FD was blacked out in November until the 15th.

beginning of November has been blacked out for the last few years; it's Jersey Week.
