early mornings

I'm confused on early mornings at DL. At WDW the extra magic hours is available to all resort guests. Can we get in to every early morning, or just once? We are going in December, booked yesterday, and I see it listed that we get one according to the invoice. Will DCA begin to have early mornings too?

It is a bit confusing at DLR and now they are changing things up this summer with Magic Mornings at DCA. This thread should explain it all:
