Hi there, I'm also an early riser, sometimes as early as 4am. I'll leave the room to let the rest of the family sleep and go up to deck 9 for coffee. Coffee is available at the drink station but Cove Cafe won't open until 6am-you are stuck with the beverage station coffee until then. I usually sit in the Quiet Cove area, but a lot of cleaning activity goes on overnight, they are powerwashing the deck and there are hoses around and some noise. If you can find some comfortable seating where they have already done their cleaning it is fairly relaxing. It does seem to be pretty windy but that is probably due to the faster speeds the ship travels at night.
Deck 4 is well lit to run even when it is dark outside. You'll sometimes run into castmembers who are also getting in an early morning workout, but depending on when you are there, you will probably won't see too many other people.
Cabana's will be locked up until they open.
Early mornings are one of my favorite times on the ship.
Am I just forgetful or is the Promenade Deck on level 4?
