Early Morning Magic- ticket question

Hi Everyone, We think we want to do the MK early morning magic in late March. However we fly in the day before and I would really hate to purchase the tickets and then have some sort of travel hiccup where we can't use the tickets. If we waited until the day before to purchase them, after we arrive, are they likely to still be available or are these the type of tickets that sell out way in advance. Thank you!

I would get the tickets and then buy travel insurance. Travel insurance is relatively cheap, covers a lot more than just missed paid events like EMM, and you won't have to worry.

If you already booked the trip more than 2-3 weeks ago, depending on the policy, you won't get pre-existing conditions, but everything else should be covered (like travel delays due to no fault of yours).

Our credit card offers travel protection so we don't usually purchase separate travel insurance, but I'm not sure theme park tickets would be included and I'd rather not risk it. Separate travel insurance beyond that would be worth half the ticket cost here so I'm sure its not worth it. But I did just look it up and I can get a full refund if I cancel before 1 day. My biggest worry is the weather. Our flight leaves at noon the day before so its not like we are the last flight or anything. I would think 2 to 3 days before I'd know the weather forecast.

MK EMM has and does sell out.

It has been selling out a lot less often since the format was changed in December and DHS TSL EMM was introduced (competition) last fall, but it can still sell out.

IMO waiting until the day before caries some risk and you should mentally prepare for it to be sold out just in case. If it’s not, then bonus!
